*INGREDIENTS
° Cookies 200g
° 100 g melted butter
°5 eggs
°700g cream cheese
°100 g (12 cups) sugar
°150 g melted chocolate
°2 tablespoons vegetable oil
°40 g (1/3 cup) shelled hazelnuts

In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies with the melted butter, place on a baking sheet and press.
In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour over the pressed cookies. Bake at 160 °C (320 °F) for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and dip in melted chocolate mixture
Freeze for 15 minutes.
