Baked-Chicken-Legs



*Ingredients:

°6 chicken legs with skin (about 5-6 ounces each)

°2 tablespoons olive oil

° 2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning

°Salt and pepper to taste

*Methods:

Heat the oven 425 degrees F. Place the baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooking rack on top.

Dry the chicken skin with a paper towel to remove moisture.

Put the chicken in the olive oil and season with spices, salt and pepper.

Place on a rack and bake for 35-40 min

Roast 2-3 mn.
